Shipping and Handling Considerations:
- We strive to ship out orders the next business day. Occasionally, some orders may take longer. We want to ensure your labels are just right! For this reason, during promotions, sales or peak seasons (July, August, September and December) please expect orders to be shipped up to 3 business days after the order has been placed. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you the day your order has been shipped out. Shipping times from the above chart start from this date. Delivery times are based on Canada Post and USPS standards and schedule. Shipping times are estimates not guarantees. Lovable Labels cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost mail within the postal system.
- Orders shipped via Express and Priority are traceable and a tracking number will be emailed to you. "PO Boxes" are not permitted when selecting Express or Priority services.
- Shipping to rural and suburban areas may take longer.
Printing Cut off Times
Please note, that any orders placed after 12pm EST will not be processed and/or printed until the next business day. Please take this into consideration when calculating your expected shipping date/time.
Tracking Your Order
An email will be sent to you once your order has shipped. If you selected an Express or Priority service a tracking number will be sent to you along with the Carrier's website so you can track your order online. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us Toll Free at 1-866-327-5683 should you have any questions pertaining to your order.
Customer Satisfaction (Returns/Refunds)
We love our labels and know you will too! For this reason, we take every measure to ensure you are completely satisfied with your label purchase.
Refunds/Exchanges: If you are unhappy with any part of your order we encourage you to call our customer service department toll free at 1-866-327-5683 Ext 419 and we will do whatever it takes to make your order right. If you are returning your order to us please ensure they are sent back within 30 days and we will happily give you a full exchange or refund. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 90 days. All returns and exchanges are shipped back to Lovable Labels at the customer's expense; no exchange or refund will be processed until the original order has been returned to the Lovable Labels office. Oops! I Made An Error On My Order: If you have made a mistake on your order, don’t worry! We’re committed to offering our customers superior customer service and for this reason we’d be more than happy to offer you a replacement set – free of charge! Simply send back your labels to the Lovable Labels office and once received, we’ll issue you your replacement set. Please note that replacements will not be issued prior to receiving the previous order. All returns are shipped back to Lovable Labels at the customer's expense. Refunds are not applicable to orders with errors that are made by customers.
Our Mistake: Although mistakes rarely happen, if we have made a “oops” on your order, we will reprint it and ship the replacements to you at no charge. Sorry about that!
Special Requests: We make every effort to accommodate special requests. During our peak season (July-September) we may not be able to accommodate every special request that comes our way. For this reason, we do not guarantee that any special requests made in the comments field of your order will be printed as such. If you’d like to create a custom order, or prefer a specific colour combo, please feel free to contact our customer service department to avoid disappointment. Please note, a service fee for these requests may apply.
Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours from the purchase date. If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com or call us toll free at 1-866-327-5683 Ext 419. Any orders cancelled more than 24 hours after the order is placed will be subject to a service fee. If your order has already been shipped out it cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Refunds and Exchanges Policy.
Coupon Codes/Gift Certificates: Coupon codes and Gift Certificates cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Lovable Labels is not responsible for the accuracy of content published on other websites, such as “deal sites”. We are not obligated to extend sales or promotions past the expiration date for any reason.
